MADE WITH LOVE AND DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME

If you are not able to collect the vase or artwork from the studio or one of the stores, you can choose to have the artwork delivered to your home.

Every vase or work of art is made by hand, which means that delivery times differ per object.

Because the vases and works of art are very fragile, they are provided with protective material to ensure that they are delivered in good condition.

Return

In case you want to cancel and/or return an order, for whatever the reason, you can do so up to 14 days after receipt. You can confirm this by sending an email to info@artstudiomargo.com.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the artwork. You will then be credited the full order amount, provided the product has been returned in good order. Only the costs for the return shipping are at your own expense. The vase or work of art must be shipped in its original condition and original packaging, including accessories.

In case the product or packaging is damaged, any depreciation of the value of the product may be deducted from the original sales price.

So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged for transport.
